DMA Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, get amazing results, and benefit from the countless hours we put into creating these programs and trainings for you, but we also expect you to fully implement the techniques and strategies presented in the Digital Marketing Academy course. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, governed by the following conditions:
To qualify for a refund, you're required to submit proof of your completed coursework, demonstrating that the course was not effective for you. Should you determine within 30 days of enrollment that the program isn't right for you, please contact our support team at [email protected] by 11:59 EST on the 30th day. Your refund request must include the required coursework. Failing to do so by the deadline will make you ineligible for a refund.
To process your refund, you must submit:
- Completion of all modules and bonus trainings
- Your completed Marketing Masterplan
- A completed Ideal Customer Avatar Worksheet
- Your welcome email series
- A snapshot of your social media posts
Refunds will not be granted 30 days after the date of purchase. Beyond this period, all payments are non-refundable, and you will be obligated to complete the full payment for the program.
If you're on a payment plan and fail to request a refund within the specified 30 days with the required coursework, you are legally obligated to fulfill the remaining payments.
After verification that you qualify for a refund, we will instruct the payment processor to issue it. We do not have direct control over the speed of this process.
If a refund is granted, it terminates any and all licenses you have to use the course material, as outlined in this Agreement and and Terms of Use. You must immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the provided information.
All refund decisions are at the discretion of Adam Erhart, Inc. We will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase, and timely payments are required. Late payments will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
